Q: Interested in METEOR?

A: It takes 4 steps to apply METEOR:
1. Appoint a METEOR administrator in your hospital.
2. Send an email to info@meteorfoundation.com with
    1. The exact name of the hospital and
    2. The name and email address of the administrator
3. The administrator in close collaboration with Anne Marie will
    1. Deploy the METEOR application in your hospital
    2. Add users, groups and profiles
4. The administrator will provide all users their
    1. Log in name
    2. Pass word
    3. Encryption key

Q: Why cannot-I reach the METEOR log-in screen, although METEOR has been deployed on our hospital server?

A: You have to add the site https://www.meteorapplication.com/central/application.html to your trusted zones on the computer you are working with.

Q: How do I add the METEOR-site to my trusted zones?

A: This will take less than 5 minutes:
1. Click Tools and select Internet Options.
2. Click on the Security tab.
3. Click on Trusted Sites.
4. Click on the Sites button.
5. Type the Web address into the textbox and click the Add button.
6. If necessary, uncheck the Require server verification (https://) box. Unchecking this box will allow you to add sites to the zone that don't use the https:// protocol, which protects your information while it is being transferred to the server that the Web site is on.
7. Click the Close button to exit the Trusted Sites dialog box.
8. Click OK to exit the Internet Options dialog box.

 

Q. When logging in I get the following message:

While attempting to load module “dk.acure.meteor.application” properly “user.agent” was set to the unexpected value “unknown”. Allowed values: gecko, gecko1,opera,safari

What is wrong?

A: You are probably using Internet Explorer 8.The Meteor application is not working with IE8 Browser and it shows the error message. We advise you to switch back to Internet Explorer 7. We will try to solve this as soon as possible
